I have to admit I am a baby when it comes to weddings. I was crying behind the lens a few times at Scott and Tanya’s gorgeous destination wedding. This lovely Australian couple, originally from Zimbabwe and South Africa, chose the beautiful Memoire Wedding Venue in Johannesburg to celebrate with their friends and family from across the globe. I found myself humbled by the incredible people I got to meet, and by the fact that I was the lucky one to capture their special day. Everything was exquisite, from the bride and her gorgeous dress, to each and every flower and decor piece perfectly placed by On Trend Style Events, to each guest and the way they beautifully dressed to celebrate with Scott & Tanya. I was so in love with this wedding and the people, and when I started editing, I had the memory of the beautiful day and how much we laughed all over again. I am so proud to be called a South African and to be part of such special fellow South Africans, and lovely people from across the world. I hope these images bring back many happy memories of your special day, I will always keep it happily in my heart.
